TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment: Full payment is due [specified number of days] before the event date. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Travel Fees: Events outside Metro Atlanta may incur additional travel fees. Additional Hours: Extra hours can be booked in advance or on the day of the event at an additional cost. Image Delivery: High-resolution images and video will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery within 7–10 business days after your event. Usage Rights: MAIN EVENTS ATL retains the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
